CHANGE LOG

What moved—and why?

The baseline is the comparison point. Each stress toggle changes real assignments, not just a score.

Float cover is available only when it can restore hours. It cannot solve a binding labor cap.

Read the scheduling method and limits

Priority order: pharmacist lead → technician core → technician overlap. Within each group, allocate Monday to Sunday using a fixed staff order. Check availability, PTO, one shift per day, weekly hours, and labor capacity. This deterministic teaching engine is not a global optimizer and does not prove that every OPEN shift is mathematically unavoidable.

The full Scheduler LRO project handles a broader workflow. This public model intentionally uses one eight-hour block per day; it does not model breaks, demand by half-hour, cross-store travel, or labor law.

All staff, schedules, and scenarios are fictional. Not a production staffing or legal-compliance tool.
