Information collected
The contact form collects the name, email address, optional organization, inquiry category, and message that you provide. Do not submit patient information, protected health information, credentials, or confidential employer data.
How information is used
Submitted information is used only to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain basic business records, and protect the form from abuse. Contact messages are not sold or used for advertising.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-conscious web analytics and performance monitoring. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Resend delivers contact messages to a private inbox. Each provider processes limited technical data under its own terms.
Interactive demos and camera access
The scheduler and antibiogram use invented, local data. Their controls do not submit data to a server. LoneHeart’s synthetic lessons do not access a camera. Its optional camera experiment requires your explicit consent and browser permission; frames and derived signals are processed in this tab’s memory, not uploaded or saved to persistent storage. Camera access stops at the end of capture, when you press Stop, or when the page is hidden. Closing the page clears its in-memory results.
Only after you enable camera mode, LoneHeart loads its pinned MediaPipe face-tracking software from this website. Camera frames and derived signals stay in your browser; they are not sent to the website or a separate face-tracking service. You can revoke camera permission through your browser’s site settings.
Retention and security
Contact messages are retained for no longer than 12 months unless an ongoing business relationship or legal requirement justifies longer retention. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Analytics and cookies
The site does not use advertising trackers. Vercel Web Analytics is configured for aggregate traffic measurement and does not create cross-site advertising profiles.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of a contact submission by using the contact form and selecting “Other.” Provide only enough information to identify the original message. If the form is unavailable, the contact page links to Liam’s LinkedIn profile, where LinkedIn’s own privacy terms apply.
Unsent inquiry text stays in the form on this page. The website does not save drafts to browser storage; navigating away or reloading may clear the draft.
